I've always been drawn to the intersection of technology and impact — building things that work for people who are often underserved by the tech industry's defaults. My career has taken me from writing code for Nollywood's first streaming platforms to co-founding a restaurant tech company backed by Visa and Techstars. Along the way, I've learned that great products come from deep empathy, relentless iteration, and the willingness to wear every hat in the room.

2008 – 2012
IROKO Partners
The Builder Origins
Started as a developer designing and building irokotv.com and iroking.com. Increased platform adoption by 80%. This is where the product instinct began — understanding that code was just the means, not the end.

2012 – 2014
UBA (United Bank for Africa)
Leading at Scale
Led web transformation for one of Africa's largest pan-African banks. Built a CMS that cut content deployment from weeks to 48 hours and saved $150K/year in operational costs. Trained teams across multiple African countries.

2014 – 2016
Kuluya Games
The Founder Chapter
Founded a VC-backed mobile gaming startup focused on African-themed titles. Built a cross-functional team from scratch. Learned the hard lessons that only come from being the one whose name is on the company.

2016 – 2018
IrokoTV
Product Leadership
Shifted an entire company's strategy from diaspora audiences to African markets. Grew African subscribers from 15% to 70% of total. Negotiated telco deals across 3 countries and deployed offline kiosks for low-connectivity markets.

Blackbet
Scaling Across Markets
Launched a gaming platform across 8 African countries. Achieved 200% revenue growth in 3 months post-launch. Delivered a full UX redesign that improved conversion significantly.

2020 – 2024
Orda Africa
Co-Founding Orda Africa
Co-founded a restaurant ERP platform. Secured Techstars. Raised $7M including Visa. Scaled to 1,500+ restaurants. Integrated payments, built credit scoring, sourced hardware from Chinese OEMs. Wore every hat in the company.
